Villa Dominicana Toro Cigars are handmade from a blend of high-quality Dominican and Nicaraguan filler, Mexican Sumatra binder and wrapped in a fine Ecuadorian shade wrapper. The wrapper leaf comes from Indonesia and the filler is made of Piloto tobaccos from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua.
