Product Description
The words Tio Pepe are a nod towards Jose Maria Angel y Vargas. He was the Uncle of Manuel Maria Gonzalez Angel whose bright idea it was to start making sherry in Jerez back in 1835. Such was Manuel’s lack of experience he leant on his Uncle’s help and advice considerably, resulting in his giving his Uncle part of the winery out of respect.
Tasting Notes
A completely and crisply dry sherry best enjoyed chilled as an aperitif. There is a slightly bitter taste balanced with hints of almonds and green apple.
