What does Shattered mean? Shattered is just Wick Liquor’s way of saying that the e-liquid contains ‘ice’, a cool sensation on the inhale of the e-liquid. Contra Shattered has the usual flavour of the regular Contra flavour with the addition of a cooling sensation.
